Delivery
All software and documentation is available for download from the Visionetix website at www.visionetix.com. Only registered Sage Solution Providers have access to the downloads page. Software may be ordered on a CD for a $50USD charge. Documentation such and user guides and installation manuals will only be delivery in soft copy via the website or in PDF format on the CD.
Only end users that are current on the Visionetix Software Assurance program are eligible to download and activate the latest software versions. End users who are not current on Software Assurance but who wish to upgrade to the latest version, must pay any outstanding software assurance plus the late payment penalty which equates to 20% of the outstanding Software Assurance amount.
Refund
Visionetix software will offer refunds for up to 30 days after the purchase of the software, assuming an activation code has not been issued. Once an activation code is issued for the software, the purchase price cannot be refunded. In the event of any refund, the refund will be made using the method decided by Visionetix Software. Usually the refund will be made using the same method of the initial payment. Any associated credit card or international bank fees will not be refunded. Any postage, packaging and other delivery costs will not be refunded.
