If you contact Visionetix Software

Payment must be received before the
issue will be resolved. If the problem was caused by a
Visionetix Software fault, your money will be completely refunded.
Support Issues:
Run-Time Error '430': Class does not support Automation or does
not support expected interface
Microsoft provides a set of software libraries that programs use to
interact with databases, these libraries are collectively known as
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC). When the software
references one version of MDAC but a different (usually older)
version is installed, Error 430 is the result.
This problem does
not usually occur on newer operating systems such as Windows 2000 or
Windows XP.
To remedy this problem, follow these steps:
(1)
Install the latest MDAC version from Microsoft’s web site (at
22 April, the latest version is 2.7 SP1)*:

Reboot

Install the latest Jet Components from the Microsoft web site
(at 22 April, the latest version is Jet 4 SP3)*:
