If you contact Visionetix Software you will be required to pay an upfront fee of USD$200 per reported incident.

- Pay over the phone using a credit card
- Pay online using a credit card
Payment must be received before the issue will be resolved. If the problem was caused by a Visionetix Software fault, your money will be completely refunded.
